Our (Heather and I) plan is to sail to the sunny south from Nova Scotia, leaving sometime in August. We plan to travel with another couple who will be sailing on their CAL 39. We will work our way down to Chesapeake Bay where we will jump into the ICW and carry on down to Florida for the Nov-Dec time frame. Then a final hop over to the Bahamas for the winter.
I thought a blog would be an easy way to keep family and friends informed of our whereabouts in the hope that some of them would come down for a visit! I would like to update the blog every few weeks or so, we will see.....

just wanted to let you know that I called the phone number on Shadow's collar and gave them our name and phone number, don't plan to lose him but wanted to safe rather then sorry, hope you are having an amazing time I had a fabulous sail to Lunenburg on Ewart's soling it was awesome
